Sewing Lessons at the Upper Valley Food Coop in White River Junction

The co-op hosts a community workspace we call the Sew-Op where we teach basic sewing, pattern reading, alterations, mending, embroidery, and crochet, as well as have open hours when the room is open to the public for drop-in use. We have sewing machines, fabric, an iron and ironing board, table space, and all of the smaller things one might want for sewing, all donated and free to be used by visitors. While classes cost money, the materials are free and use of the space during open hours is free.
